Karl Griggs is a Director at UK commercial finance broker, CPC Finance.

CPC Finance sources a range of property-based finance, including buy-to-let, short-term loans, refurbishment, commercial properties, auction investments, property developments, and secured loans.

During a career spanning over 35 years, Karl has gained extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. Beginning his career as a Secured Lending Manager at a finance company in Harrow after college, he then joined a brokerage in Hendon to run operations across the company.

Karl helped set up CPC Finance in 2003, focusing on the investor, portfolio landlord, and commercial mortgage space.
