Last week CPC Finance assembled a team and played Savoys Properties at the iconic Watford Stadium to raise money for charity. Despite Savoys Properties leading 5-2 at half-time, the game finished 6-6 and went to penalties. In the end CPC Finance won 4-3 on penalties. It was a fun day for everyone involved and you can see Julie holding the winning trophy below.
As the match was for charity, the losing side, Savoys Properties, donated £1,000 to CPC Finance’s charity of choice – SpecialEffect. Karl Griggs has been an ambassador for SpecialEffect since 2017 and has advocated for the charity’s work for many more years. SpecialEffect is an award-winning charity that enables people with physical disabilities to benefit from the fun, inclusion, and therapy offered by video games. It works with people of all ages through personalised assessments, equipment loans, and equipment modifications.
