@savoysgroup secured a 3 Bed End Terraced property in Watford for £400,000 with the intention of converting to a 6 Bed HMO.
The purchase was completed in June 2021 with CPC Finance arranging a loan facility of £455,000 towards the purchase and conversion works.
Conversion has since been completed with a property revaluation being £650,000. CPC Finance have now arranged a term facility of £487,500 at 75% LTV.
