Our trusted client @baladagroup approached us with the proposition to buy a former office building in Theale. They had agreed a purchase price and required ourselves at CPC Finance to raise the finance for the project.
The client’s intentions were to convert and refurbish this former office building into Two Single Dwelling Units on one Freehold Title. CPC Finance were able to source a product which would release 75% of the purchase price and 100% of the works to be funded through staged drawdowns.
Now the client has completed the project and has fixed the whole freehold on a 5yr Long term BTL product, we refinanced for 75% of the GDV value repaying the existing finance and releasing any capital out of the project.
