CPC Finance Investor Day 2026
On 18 September we hosted our Investor Day at The Grove, it was a fantastic occasion!đź’Ą
With over 100 people filling the room, it was a full day of education, insight and valuable networking.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day such a success!
This year, we introduced a new format by showcasing each presenter on video, giving attendees an insight into their expertise, real-life projects and practical experience within the industry.
Bernadette Anderson showcased her Property Investor Award winning project converting a property to a HMO, explaining the challenges she faced and how they were overcome.
Sean Mansfield from Capital Value Surveyors walked through an example of a property valuation being purchased for conversion including GDV, highlighting the factors affecting its value and suitability as loan security.
Julie Griggs, alongside Paul Cain from Lansdowne Law discussed deposit funds from a solicitor and broker prospective.
Hardeep Toor used real time figures for a commercial to residential property, recently converted under permitted development. This ran through the entire journey from initial discovery to completion.
Katalina Fuller from Results Asset Management Ltd highlighted the different types of property drawdowns, how they work and timings for the lender releasing the funds in stages throughout a project. Along with supporting the correct documentations to obtain the funds as soon as possible.
Michael Shaikly from Shawbrook Bank gave the latest insights on swap rates, illustrating where rates currently stand, helping the audience understand the latest trends.

Each video presentation was followed by a short Q&A, giving clients the chance to ask questions and gain further insights directly from the speakers.
The day then led us to our Q&A, where clients could put their questions to a panel of industry professionals and pick their brains on the topics covered throughout the event.
After, we enjoyed a networking session, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with property professionals, build relationships and share ideas.
