Starting his career at Hamptons International as a Sales Negotiator, Aidan later transitioned into the development finance sector, where he served as one of three Business Development Managers at a specialist lender. Aidan joined Avamore Capital in November 2025 as a Relationship Manager, where he continues to leverage his expertise to foster strong industry connections.
