CPC Finance is a UK finance broker and packager that specialises in sourcing and packaging a range of property funding. This includes buy-to-let & commercial properties, auction investments, property developments and secured loans.
As packaging specialists, we source and process mortgage applications from the start, through to completion. Our team is here to support your case every step of the way in order to help you secure the right property finance as efficiently as possible.

We undertake in-depth analysis of the funding available from our range of lenders and identify the best deal for your requirements
Packaging
Once we have selected your product, we build your application to meet the lender’s criteria, to give it the best chance of approval
Progression
We use our longstanding relationships with our lenders to ensure that your application for property finance is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible
Completion
We are dedicated to completing every case we take on and we will always endeavour to progress each application until the funding is in place including chasing the solicitors
Julie
Julie has over 35 years’ experience in the finance industry, ranging from working in a building society and running mortgage desks within estate agents, to establishing her own mortgage brokerage.
Karl
Karl has over 35 years’ experience in the finance industry; starting immediately after college, when he became a secured loan broker. He then went on to become a mortgage broker.
Jade
Jade has previous Property Management experience and is an invaluable member of the processing team and has recently passed her
Cemap qualification.
Leon
Leon is dealing with BTL applications and processing and has recently passed his Cemap qualifications. He has a keen interest in the social media side of the business and provides great input.
The NACFB
CPC is a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), the UK’s trade body for business finance brokers.
The Association exists to establish measurable standards of professional practice among commercial finance brokers. This is not only in the best interests of brokers & SME customers but also vital to the integrity and future well-being of the industry.
