About Karl Griggs
Karl Griggs is a Director at UK commercial finance broker, CPC Finance. CPC Finance sources a range of property-based finance, including buy-to-let, short-term loans, refurbishment, commercial properties, auction investments, property developments, and secured loans.
During a career spanning over 35 years, Karl Griggs has gained extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. Beginning his career as a Secured Lending Manager at a finance company in Harrow after college, he then joined a brokerage in Hendon to run operations across the company.
Karl set up his own business in 2003, CPC Finance, focusing on the investor, portfolio landlord, and commercial mortgage space.

A recent client success:
Clients purchased a derelict, partly vandalised property in need of a full refurbishment. CPC Finance arranged a short term loan in order to complete the purchase and release additional funds for the refurbishment works to be carried out. The clients completed the refurbishments required and re-mortgaged on to a term facility.
