This year we were pleased to be involved with the 2023 Property Investor Awards. Karl was one of the judges of the Awards with CPC Finance sponsoring the VIP After Party on the night of the Awards.
The award ceremony on Saturday 2nd December was a highly enjoyable evening, and we were delighted to see so many clients among the winners, particularly Samir Patel, who won four awards: Property Investor of the Year, HMO Property Deal of the Year (Above 6 rooms), HMO Property Deal of the Year (Below 6 rooms), and HMO Property Investor of the Year. He won the most awards of anyone that night!
Also among the Property Investor Awards winners were CPC Finance’s clients Mo El Moudallal who won New Property Investor of the Year and Romey and Manni Chopra, winners of Property Development of the Year (Above £1m).
