Car Showroom to Cafe and Apartments

Malkit Purewal was looking to purchase a former car showroom. The intention was to convert it into 4 residential apartments with commercial space underneath.

We helped arrange a loan with additional funding to complete the works. After the works were complete CPC continued to work with Malkit on other finance goals.

Bourne

Pub and Hotel to Pub and Apartments

This project required funding in the form of a short term loan, refurbishment loan and residential investment mortgage. The client intended to convert a hotel above a ground-floor pub into apartments.

CPC helped the client throughout the works, sourcing various types of funding as the project progressed.
