Paul has been a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer for a number of years and deals with all aspects of property work including residential and commercial transactions, the acquisition of development sites and plot sales, the negotiation of leases and also advises clients on purchasing and selling of property at auction.

In this episode, Karl sat down with Cyril Thomas, discussing Cyril’s line of work surrounding the Property Investor Awards. Cyril has been an active figure in the UK property investment industry for over 20 years and began investing in property in 2006. Founded in 2012, The Property Investors Awards are now one of the most prestigious events in the property investment industry and are highly regarded by investors, developers, and service providers across the UK.

Alfred Dzadey is a multi award-winning property investor and entrepreneur. With a background as a contracting Project Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, he is the Founder and Director of Real Property Ventures, a prominent property business specialising in affordable, high-specification co-living accommodation in the UK. Here, Karl and Alfred discuss each others journeys on how they both got in the position they are in today, and talk about the current property market and the trends as we head further into 2023!
