The second quarter of the year has been busy for CPC Finance, sourcing finance for a number of projects including Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and those using the Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance (B.R.R.R.) property strategy.
A large project that was finished during the quarter was Jamie Sandford and Rob Bridgewater from API Investment’s project to transform an abandoned pub, cowsheds, and grounds into several residential properties. In total there are eighteen residential units, ranging from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom houses. You can watch a short video about the project, where Karl talks to Jamie and Rob about what they have learned.
The Game Changer offering continues to help property investors create and own HMOs. An example of the Game Changer process at work is this case study of an investor converting a single residential property to a six-bedroom HMO.
Julie Griggs, Director at CPC Finance said, “Using the finance we source for them, property investors continue to transform abandoned properties around the country into good homes for people. We are also pleased to see the Game Changer product helping investors develop high-quality Houses of Multiple Occupancy, working together with our partners, Savoys Properties.”
